Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between EUSecureAI and the customer ("Controller") and governs the processing of personal data by EUSecureAI as a processor on behalf of the Controller.
GDPR basis
EUSecureAI processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller, in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Technical & organisational measures
EUSecureAI implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls (RBAC), audit logging, and EU-based hosting.
